The 2020 Hyundai Tucson Has Many Attractive Features

If you'd like to get a well-equipped SUV that has excellent value, we invite you to check out the 2020 Hyundai Tucson. It comes in six different trims, giving you plenty of options. The SE is our entry-level model, and what's particularly attractive about it is its budget-friendly starting price. The Value is the next trim available, followed by the SEL and Sport. The Limited and Ultimate models showcase the best of what we have to offer, with the Ultimate leading the way in luxury.

Performance

As you decide which trim you'd most prefer, you'll have to take the different engines into consideration. The standard engine is a 2.0-liter, four-cylinder version, and it comes with 161 horsepower and 150 pound-feet of torque. If you prefer something a little more capable, you'll have to go with the SEL or higher. These trims are powered by 2.4-liter engines that can generate 181 horsepower and 175 pound-feet of torque. Towing capacity is either 1,500 pounds or 2,000 pounds, depending on which engine is under the hood. Across the Tucson line-up, all-wheel drive is optional. Many of our customers at Key Hyundai in Jacksonville take advantage of this feature because it gives them extra traction, as well as peace of mind as you travel from Ponte Vedra Beach to Jacksonville Beach.

Inside the Cabin

The cabin of the Hyundai Tucson feels spacious and welcoming. Passengers riding in the second row will have 38.2 inches of legroom, and behind them, you'll have 31 cubic feet of dedicated storage space. If you need more room, you can lower the rear seats down to give yourself almost 62 cubic feet of space. Since the rear seat is configured as a 60/40 split-bench, you'll be able to accommodate people as well as skis or snowboards, for example.

The Limited and Ultimate have leather seats, and the remaining trims have soft cloth seating surfaces. Many available amenities can enhance the upscale feel of the Hyundai Tucson. For instance, you could have heated and ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, and a heated steering wheel.

Technology

An impressive aspect of the Hyundai Tucson is that it comes with many high-tech components. Even if you select the base model, you'll have a seven-inch touchscreen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. On the mid-level models, you'll have HD Radio and SiriusXM Satellite Radio, and on the higher trims, you'll get to enjoy using an eight-inch touchscreen with integrated navigation. The enhanced technology package also includes wireless charging and an Infinity Audio system with eight speakers and an external amplifier.

Safety

We know that all of our customers want to be safe in their vehicles, and we think you'll be pleased to know that the Hyundai Tucson has many driver-assist features. All of the Tucson models come with forward collision-avoidance assist, which can help you avoid rear-ending other cars. They also have lane-keeping assist to keep you centered in your lane in addition to a driver attention warning system that will alert you when it seems like you to refocus your attention. On the higher trims, there are several other components, to include blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic collision warning, and a surround-view monitor. It can be beneficial to have another pair of eyes monitoring your performance, and in this case, the "eyes" are sensors installed in various places on your vehicle.
